During the past two months Shri Guru Maharaj ji performed number of special Pujas and Archanas at various temples i.e. Yhiruvelvikkudi, Vallanadu, Sankara Narayanar Koil, Thirumiyacchur Dhri Lalithambika temple where he performed Suasini Puja and Sri Vidya puja, Thiru Velikkudi Kalyana Sundareswarar koil, etc. Lokakshema International Mission Trust has also donated ceiling fans and electrical fittings, etc. Laksharchanas to Sri Lalithambika, Maha Vishnu and Maha Deva (Shiva) were performed at Salem by Andhra Vanitha Mandali organized by Mrs Mallika Badinath (cookery Expert) who is an ardent disciple of Guru Maharaj ji.

Shri Guru Maharaj ji has identified few places where spiritual centres can be established so as to enable the people to recharge themselves, Spiritual Healing, rest rooms for traellers coming to nearby pilgrimage places, home for the senior citizens, destitutes, etc. We are also expanding the activities of the Trust by establishing branches all over the World. Already Guru Maharaj ji’s disciples have been organizing activities in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, UK, USA, etc. We seek your good wishes and cooperation. Right now, India is the richest country in the world! Wondering how? It's really amazing.

It's due to Mr. G Vaidyaraj, who donated all his wealth, about which he actually did not know.

He is a descendent of Raja Krishnadev Raya from Mysore district.

For the last 300 years or so, three stones were worshipped in his house.But nobody tried to see what it was, except this person, who is a
lawyer by profession. One day, when there was nobody in his house, he took the stone out to see what it was that they worship.
Due to the dust deposited on it, from many many years, it looked only like a simple stone.
But when he touched it, some portion of the stone was cleansed.
And he saw a bright ray of light.
He saw something which attracted his attention. And he was amazed when he cleaned all of them.The whole room was filled with light.
He discovered they were diamonds of about 4600 carats each.

He informed the Govt. of India and the news is censored with its security.
It's now deposited in a Swiss Bank.
The cost of single diamond exceeds the GDP of USA + UK.
India can buy virtually 7 developing nations.
Even World Bank does not have enough money to buy it.
One diamond costs thrice the debt of World Bank over India.
One such diamond can buy 10 Bill Gates to you.
And the World Bank has proposed the Indian Govt. that it can pay India in Installment if it wishes to do so.

India's GDP is 34.25 billion dollars.

Bill Gates property is 95 billion dollars approximate so that is the way "nature changes".

Our Prime Minister has refused to sell it.

He said it will be sold or mortgaged for credit when we need it. Otherwise right now we have no problems.

Star TV presented a 115 min documentary on it about 15 days ago.

After that it was censored as classified.

Another good news is that in the Desert of Thar a deposit of Oil and
Natural gas have been found. This stores what Kuwait has in its stomach.

India can go with this ONGC energy reserve with another 30 years.
And moreover it can export it to other counties. It's incredible!! But true.

An Indian boy in his 12th standard has disproved Einstein's "Theory of Relativity". Shocked? Read on...

Sudarshan Reddy has theoretically proven the existence of a sub-atomic particle, which can travel at speed greater than that of light, thereby challenging one of the fundamental postulates of the "Theory of Relativity".

In his recent research paper submitted to the Institute of Advanced Physics (IAP) at Trieste (Italy), Sudarshan has proved the existence of a class of sub-atomic particles called leptons", which can travel faster than light.
The international physics community is shocked by this discovery.

Dr.Massimo Martelli, President of the IAP has this to say about the paper submitted by Sudarshan. "After long, careful and critical
analysis, I can confidently say that Sudarshan's re search papers show tremendous leap in our understanding of physics. His investigation
mounts up on "leptons". His work builds substantially on the work of Einstein and others in the field of relativity."
When physicists from Princeton University tried to measure Sudarshan's IQ with an IQ-meter (at the American Embassy in Delhi), the meter broke down.
Sudarshan, incidentally, is the brother of Madhu Reddy, the Indian whiz kid who developed an operating system superior to Microsoft Windows.
We should all be very proud of these boys.

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS:

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.

The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.

2. Not urinating in the morning.

3. Too much eating.

4. Skipping breakfast.

5. Consuming too much medication.

6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil.

Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.

8. Consuming raw (overly done) Foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'

Because :

Evening at 9 - 11 PM : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes).
Relaxing or listening to music should spend this time duration. If during this time a housewife is still in an un-relaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm - 1 am: is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3 am: detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5 am: detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am:

detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9 am:
absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time.Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30 am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30 am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10 am rather than no meal at all..

Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to
4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

The philosophy of the Hare Krsna movement (a monotheistic tradition) is summarized in the following eight points: 1. By sincerely cultivating the authentic spiritual science presented in the Bhagavad-gita and other Vedic scriptures, we can become free from anxiety and achieve a state of pure, unending, blissful consciousness. 2. Each of us is not the material body but an eternal spirit soul, part and parcel of God (Krsna). As such, we are all the eternal servants of Krsna and are interrelated through Him, our common father. 3. Krsna is the eternal, all-knowing, omnipresent, all-powerful, and all-attractive Personality of Godhead. He is the seed-giving father of all living beings and the sustaining energy of the universe. He is the source of all incarnations of God, including Lord Buddha and Lord Jesus Christ. 4. The Vedas are the oldest scriptures in the world. The essence of the Vedas is found in the Bhagavad-gita, a literal record of Krsna's words spoken five thousands years ago in India. The goal of Vedic knowledge-and of all religions-is to achieve love of God. 5. We can perfectly understand the knowledge of self-realization through the instructions of a genuine spiritual master-one who is free from selfish motives, who teaches the science of God explained in the Bhagavad-gita, and whose mind is firmly fixed in meditation on Krsna. 6. All that we eat should first be offered to Lord Krsna with a prayer. In this way Krsna accepts the offering and blesses it for our purification. 7. Rather than living in a self-centered way, we should act for the pleasure of Lord Krsna. This is known as bhakti-yoga, the science of devotional service. 8. The most effective means for achieving God consciousness in this Age of Kali, or quarrel, is to chant the holy names of the Lord: Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare/ Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama RamaThis message was sent to you by Trying to Serve You.

Have you got the will to surmount mountain-high obstructions? If the whole world stands against you with sword in hand, would you still dare to do what you think is right?

The highest men are calm, silent and unknown. They are the men who really know the power of thought; they are sure that, even if they go into a cave and close the door and simply think five true thoughts and then pass away, these five thoughts of theirs will live through eternity. Indeed such thoughts will penetrate through the mountains, cross the oceans, and travel through the world.

Those who grumble at the little thing that has fallen to their lot to do will grumble at everything. Always grumbling, they will lead a miserable life, and everything will be a failure. But those who do their duties as they go, putting their shoulders to the wheel will see the light, and higher duties will fall to their share.

Non-attachment does not mean anything that we may do in relation to our external body, it is all in the mind. The binding link of 'I and mine' is in the mind. If we have not this link with the body and with the things of the senses, we are non-attached, wherever and whatever we may be. A man may be on the throne and perfectly non-attached; another man may be in rags and still very attached. First, we have to attain this state of non-attachment, and then to work incessantly.

Once there was a pawn who wanted to be independent. He was sad, and chafed
against his limitations. These rules are so unfair, said the little pawn. I
can only move forward, and then only one space at a time, except for my
first move.

Furthermore, complained the little pawn, I cannot attack an opponent
directly in front of me, nor beside me, nor behind me. I can only attack at
the front angle to the right or left. This is s-o unfair!

How the little pawn pined and longed to be a bishop or a knight. Sometimes,
he even longed to be a rook. It was just so irritating to have to be linked
to other pawns to have any strength. The little pawn wanted to be able to
stand on his own and have an impact on the contest, instead of being a
disposable, lowly pawn.

As the game progressed, the little pawn advanced and advanced. He helped
his team by holding his spot. For, as lowly as he was, no other stronger
piece in the opponent's team cared to be sacrificed for a mere pawn. Such
strength! To be so lowly the enemy would not attack the little pawn for fear
of its losses.

Finally, the little pawn was standing on the 7th rank. Suddenly, the
chessmaster spoke to the little pawn: you will now bring victory for our
team. For of ALL the pieces on the board, only the insignificant, lowly
pawns have the potential to become the strongest of them all, a queen!

We are all like pawns: in the greater overall events of the world and
history, we are insignificant. And, we all lean upon something. Some lean
upon alcohol. Some lean upon material possessions. Some lean upon
prozac

But to become a victor in this life, the only true leaning post is Almighty
God. The peace of God is found in fulfilling the created purpose of God for
our lives: *Do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God.

Hare Krishna Prabhujis and Mathajis,

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada and Srila Gurudev.

The following is an incident narrated by a disciple of Srila Prabhupada when Srila Prabhupada was in Los Angeles:

Once Prabhupada was on the morning walk in Los angeles along with his disciples. Prabhupada usually walks very briskly with his head held high. His body and face was glowing effulgently because of his complete transcendental position. One 17 year old young bhakta was also accompanying him. The young bhaktha while strolling along with them saw a large sand crab scurrying along the sand. He stopped to watch while the rest of them walked with Srila Prabhupada. The ever observant Srila Prabhupada said, "This boy is too much attached to material things. This little neglect will snowball. Everything comes, first little things and then big things." The walk continued with the boy catching up rest of us after a minute. No one brought up the incident to young bhakta. When we arrived back in Los angeles temple the boy left the temple and was not seen again as Srila Prabhupad predicted.

If we scrutinize ourselves very closely in devotional service most of the time we are engrossed in material thoughts and small things beseeches our mind very nicely and we are unfortunately unable to remember Krishna at all. Even while performing devotional service especially while chanting, we give 500% freedom to our mind to wander nicely all over our material activities while our tongue is chanting the holy names. Even after so many years of chanting and hearing, the reason why we are unable to understand the verse, purports and translations is mainly on account of our complete negligence while executing devotional service. Spiritual pursuits are considered as a weekly engagement of ritualistic activities (managala arati, Srimad Bhagavatam class and Evening arati and Bhagavad Gita lecture) instead of becoming part of our daily lives. There is no use in blaming Lord Krishna, Srila Prabhupada and Srila Gurudev and other devotees for our lack of taste in devotional service. We have to blame ourselves as our Maharaj used to say because of our inattentive devotional service. The devotional service is the extreme mercy of the Lord but we consider that being a initiated devotee is part of an occupational hazard. If we do not go for the programs, how others will think of ourselves and we will show our physical presence only. Therefore Srimad Bhagvatam warns us very strongly in 5.18.4 in this regard even for a liberated soul.

vadanti vishvam kavayah sva nashvaram
pashyanti caadyaatmavido vipashcitah
tathaapi muhyanti tavaaja maayayaa
suvismitam krtyam ajam nato 'smi tam

"O unborn one, learned Vedic scholars who are advanced in spiritual knowledge certainly know that this material world is perishable, as do other logicians and philosophers. In trance they realize the factual position of this world, and they preach the truth as well. Yet even they are sometimes bewildered by Your illusory energy. This is Your own wonderful pastime. Therefore, I can understand that Your illusory energy is very wonderful, and I offer my respectful obeisances unto You."

Prabhupada in his super-excellent purport cautions us very strongly while executing our devotional service.

"Therefore no one should think of himself as a liberated person immune to the influence of maya. Everyone should very cautiously execute devotional service by rigidly following regulative principles. Thus he will remain fixed at the lotus feet of the Lord. Otherwise, a little inattention will create havoc."

Here we can see that this young bhakta was associating with a completely transcendental soul Srila Prabhupad and anybody who associated with him became perfect vaishnavas. Even then the young bhakta was bewildered by the external energy. We can imagine how much fragile we are being conditioned souls struggling to fight against the most invincible external energy. Therefore it is all the more important that we should be very alert in devotional service.

Prabhupada also gives the way to get out of this powerful external energy of the Lord by elucidating the extreme mercy of the Lord and it is up to us to imbibe these instructions and apply in our lives to be really successful in devotional service.

"The Lord is always prepared to excuse His devotee, but if a devotee takes advantage of the Lord's leniency and purposefully commits mistakes again and again, the Lord will certainly punish him by letting him fall down into the clutches of the illusory energy. In other words, theoretical knowledge acquired by studying the Vedas is insufficient to protect one from the clutches of maya. One must strongly adhere to the lotus feet of the Lord in devotional service. Then one's position is secure."

I therefore pray at the Lotus feet of the powerful Supreme Lord, Srila Prabhupad and Gurudev to shower their causeless mercy so that I become more cautious while executing devotional service and start making my position secure.

In this present day world there is chaos all around. Everybody in this world is facing different kind of problems i.e. financial, social, economic, etc some of our problems are man made and created by our own deed and greed. We forget the existence of the omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient Almighty God. When we face innumerable problems like diseases, depression, tension, crisis, etc. and we do not know where to go. The medical science can cure diseases but cannot rectify our karma. For that we need to seek the advice of spiritually enlightened souls who may guide us by identifying the root cause of our problems advise/suggest remedies and solve our problems. This is one of the best explanations of whether God is there or not and why God allows pain and suffering that I have seen... A man went to a barbershop to have his hair cut and his beard trimmed. As the barber began to work, they began to have a good conversation. They talked about so many things and various subjects. When they eventually touched on the subject of God, the barber said: "I don't believe that God exists." "Why do you say that?" asked the customer. "Well, you just have to go out in the street to realize that God doesn't exist. Tell me, if God exists, would there be so many sick people? Would there be abandoned children? If God existed, there would be neither suffering nor pain. I can't imagine a loving God who would allow all of these things." The customer thought for a moment, but didn't respond because he didn't want to start an argument. The barber finished his job and the customer left the shop. Just after he left the barbershop, he saw a man in the street with long, stringy, dirty hair and an untrimmed beard. He looked dirty and unkempt. The customer turned back and entered the barber shop again and he said to the barber: "You know what? Barbers do not exist." "How can you say that?" asked the surprised barber. "I am here, and I am a barber. And I just worked on you!" "No!" the customer exclaimed. "Barbers don't exist because if they did, there would be no people with dirty long hair and untrimmed beards, like that man outside." "Ah, but barbers DO exist! That's what happens when people do not come to me." "Exactly!" affirmed the customer. "That's the point! God, too, DOES exist! That's what happens when people do not go to Him and don't look to Him for help. That's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world."
